Al Jamea tus Saifiyah's Siddhpur branch — Rabvat, the university's girls' hostel, where we've completed the dormitory, admin office and recreational area, and are now carrying out structural steel work for a new Central Kitchen block.

What kind of projects do you take on?
Turnkey contracting, RCC and structural steel work, heritage/building restoration and civil finishes — for institutional, religious and private clients. Recent work spans everything from a single-storey office shell to a 5-division cluster running concurrently.
Do you work outside Mumbai?
Yes — alongside Mumbai, we've completed and are running projects across Gujarat (Patan, Siddhpur) and Maharashtra (Matheran, Lonavala). Distance isn't a constraint; scope and site access are what we plan around.
Do you only build, or also handle design and approvals?
Our core strength is execution — structural and civil work through to finishes. We coordinate closely with your architect/structural consultant and can work alongside your existing approvals process; ask us early if you need help identifying the right consultants.
How is a project priced — turnkey or item-rate?
Both, depending on what suits the project. Most turnkey clients prefer a fixed contract value once drawings and specifications are finalised; item-rate works well for phased or ongoing institutional maintenance-style work. Use the estimator above for a ballpark, then we'll firm it up against your actual drawings.
Is there a minimum project size?
No fixed minimum, though most of our engagements are mid-to-large scale — a single building, a cluster, or an institutional campus. Send us your scope and we'll tell you honestly if it's a good fit.
How long does a typical turnkey project take?
It depends entirely on scale and scope — a single-storey shell-and-finish building runs a few months, while a multi-division campus commission can run for years. We'll give you a realistic schedule once we've seen the drawings and site.
How is restoration/heritage work different from new construction?
Restoration work protects and repairs existing structure and character rather than demolishing and rebuilding — it needs closer on-site judgment call by call. Every restoration project on our books has had a founding partner present through the works, not just a supervisor.
Can I get a site visit before finalising a quote?
Yes — for most projects we prefer visiting the site before quoting, so the numbers actually reflect ground conditions rather than assumptions. Message us on WhatsApp with your location to arrange a visit.
